Terms & Conditions

​When you place an order with Just g Boutique online, you’ll receive an email to thank you for your purchase and confirming your order’s details. We’ll keep you posted on progress too. If you need to get in touch, you can email us at hello@justgboutique.co.uk or call us on 0131 629 0303.

All orders placed on a business day will be despatched the following day providing card security checks are complete, and stock availability is confirmed. Any orders over the weekend will be shipped on the Monday (only exception on Bank Holidays).

Delivery Charge

You will only ever pay one delivery charge per order processed.
Our estimated times for postage delivery are:

  • Free Click & Collect in-store - immediate during opening hours
  • Free UK post - 2nd class postage arrives in 2 - 3 working days
  • £2.99 - UK 1st Class postage arrives in 1 - 2 working days
  • £10.00 - international deliver up to 10 working days.
  • Courier on request

Your Right Of Cancellation

When you are buying goods online, you are entering a legally binding contract. The UK law is the applicable law and our guarantee valid within the UK.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have a cooling off period to cancel your order or part of your order. This also includes returning items that don’t fit or are not as you expected. The cooling off period begins when you place your order and ends 7 days after you have received the goods.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must write or email us within the 7 day cooling off period.

We’ll return your money to you within 14 days of receiving the goods back or, if we haven’t despatched the goods, you cancelling the order.

If you have had an item tailored or customised, you cannot cancel the purchase and the goods cannot be returned or refunded.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Returning items

Returned goods must be unworn and in perfect condition, with all labels attached and in the original packaging.

Please note that if you “drop-off” your returned items, we will process the refund for you online within the time noted above, i.e. we will not process a refund for you at the time of “drop-off”.

Please ensure the goods are securely and safely packaged so that the goods are not damaged in transit. To make it easy we will provide you with a return address sticker for items to be returned. We also ask you to complete the reason for goods returned, so we can improve our service to you.

We would advise you to record or certify your delivery with a proof of posting card to keep evidence of posting. If you choose to exchange an item, we shall pay for the new exchange item to be delivered.

We shall reimburse postage costs only when goods are faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
